Very nice! You are a talented writer. (We have moved to Boaz, Alabama, but have started a Wednesday morning peace vigil on Wednesday mornings in the neighboring town of Albertville.) Peace, LaMon

I can identify with compulsively listening to a track over and over and over. It might not be a song that I "like", but it has to be a song that cuts me to the heart. As an example, I sometimes have the urge to listen repeatedly to "San Jacinto" from Peter Gabriel, especially if I am struggling mightily with a problem. At the climax of the song, Gabriel cries out, "I hold the line! I hold the line! The tears roll down my swollen cheeks. I think I'm losing it." I spend a lot of time just trying to hold the line. Listening to that track helps me to keep going.

I can hear the train clacking down the track.
